Meeting Facilitation

Meetings are a part of organizational life.  When group meetings are facilitated by an outside expert, the organization’s time and resources are used more effectively and efficiently.  An outside facilitator does not hold a stake in the outcome of the discussions, has facilitation experience and facilitation skills, and can assist the group to plan, structure, execute, and follow through on meeting agreements in a rigorous and disciplined way.

We work with the organization to define meeting objectives, identify key stakeholders and must-have participants, organizational sponsors, and business-based measures of success.  We help to develop agendas that find the right balance between presentations, group activities and exercises, use of assessments, action learning, and open discussion.   We build in commitment and follow-through to meeting agreements and action plans.
