After coming to Silicon Valley to work in the world of fast-paced start-ups, Victoria managed strategic partnership programs for global technology organizations. A career epiphany led her to discover her passion for working with people to define and attain their leadership and career goals. With nearly a decade of experience as a leadership coach and manager of global career development initiatives at Santa Clara University and Google, Victoria identified a need to develop inspiring leaders who could successfully navigate the cultural nuances across their teams and within their organizations.
Victoria is also passionate about education as a societal investment, and has served on non-profit school boards and educational program steering committees.
