Todd Slingsby

Todd has over 35 years of experience working with organizations, leaders, and managers in the consumer package goods and high tech industries to improve organization effectiveness.

Todd has worked throughout the United States and internationally including San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Tampa, Chicago, England, Korea, Singapore, Mexico, Argentina, and Australia.  His experience and passion focus on strategic business planning, organizational assessment, executive coaching, and strategic change.  His practice also includes team effectiveness, leadership development and succession planning, and merger and acquisition integration.  Todd’s experience as a business leader uniquely positions him to understand and communicate with clients, translate theory into practice, and quickly achieve the role of a trusted advisor.


Most recently, Todd was the Vice President of Learning and Organization Development for Lam Research, a leading supplier of wafer fabrication equipment to the semiconductor industry.  Prior to Lam Research, Todd was Vice President of Learning and Organization Development for Risk Management Solutions in Newark, California.  Prior to his high tech leadership roles, he worked in the consumer package goods industry as a sales manager with Procter & Gamble, and in numerous roles with The Clorox Company including National Sales Manager, General Manager of an acquired business, and Vice President of Learning & Organization Development. Todd began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
