Roy Blitzer

Roy is a pragmatic business person who has the unique ability to analyze and synthesize stakeholder data and provide specific and meaningful development feedback.

Roy is an executive coach and management consultant with over 30 years of experience as a human resources and business management professional.  He helps to create strong and behaviorally specific development plans, and with direct communication, provides his clients with practical input and counsel that can be directly applied.


As both a hands-on manager and an entrepreneur, Roy has held leadership and senior consulting positions in pharmaceuticals, training, and executive consulting firms. Roy has worked with C-level executives and their teams – Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing and IT – emphasizing interpersonal skills, teamwork and accountability.  In addition, he has coordinated and delivered worldwide training services, served as a consultant to organizations that are implementing change, and counseled senior leaders in executive development and career management. Roy has published five books, produces and hosts his own Cable TV show, and is a frequent speaker.  Roy is adjunct faculty at the University of San Francisco, San Jose State University, and Menlo College.
