Currently she coaches executives and facilitates strategic team development sessions with a particular emphasis in expanding leadership impact and building high performing teams.
Polly worked for Cisco for 12 years as a senior level leader of large global teams and as an individual practitioner supporting all levels of management across all functional areas. At Cisco she was recognized for her delivery of large-scale leadership programs, leadership of business initiatives, and skill at influencing change. She also worked for ProMedica Healthcare in the Midwest during a time of considerable change in that industry. She supported mergers, helped design new patient care delivery systems, and was directly responsible for ProMedica, achieving major improvements in patient satisfaction. Her early career was counseling high-risk juveniles and their families, while collaborating with an array of mental health, law enforcement, and school personnel.
