Prior to launching her own practice in 1998, Marcia held roles as a senior leader, national account executive, and business consultant. Her unique blend of deep structural insights, business leadership experience, and depth of 20+ years of experience in leadership development, sales, and large-systems change, give her the power to help senior leaders solve previously intractable corporate challenges.
Marcia is a published thought leader and speaks regularly at industry conferences. She currently serves as an adjunct professor Golden Gate University where she teaches a course in Developing Personal Leadership to Professional MBA students.
