Lori Bartels

Lori brings passion, creativity, and integrity to her work as she focuses on helping individuals and organizations achieve optimum performance.

Lori’s work has led to improved talent decision making and increased effectiveness, resulting in greater job satisfaction, acceleration of promotions, increased retention, and improved engagement and performance for her clients. Lori has an extensive background in assessing leadership capabilities of individuals and organizations. Assessment results and recommendations have been used in talent selection, succession management, coaching, and the creation of leadership development initiatives. She has developed and implemented numerous global leadership development initiatives including simulation-based training, action learning, and virtual classroom experiences. Leveraging her wide range of experience, she readily works from a systems perspective, creating innovative solutions with an awareness of the impact on individuals as well as the overall organization. Throughout her career, Lori has been recognized for her expertise in partnering with organizations, synthesizing research, assessment, benchmarking data, and helping clients use this information to inform and guide the development of their talent management and leadership development strategies and planning. She has held positions at Applied Materials, Gap Inc., Intuit, PDI, International Survey Research, and Satmetrix Systems. Early in her career she was on faculty at San Jose State University.
