Karen has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions for large complex and often global change initiatives, building large teams, enhancing and empowering staff and supporting her clients’ professional development and learning. Prior to joining Torchiana, she has worked with a variety of coaching clients from the corporate and government sectors, including coaching leaders in transition at senior levels in the FDA and DOT, as well senior women in IT at Coca Cola Enterprises (as part of a Gender Diversity Program). Her background also includes change management consulting with large healthcare, biotech, and pharmaceutical organizations. She also enjoys facilitating leadership development workshops in the areas of change management, emotional intelligence, and management effectiveness.
