Jim Delia is an OD Consultant with over 18 years of hands-on experience helping individuals, teams, and corporations improve organizational performance. Jim has developed and delivered numerous professional skills training courses on a variety of topics for a wide range of industries. His primary expertise is in developing new supervisors and line managers. He is a highly skilled facilitator, establishing a quick rapport with individuals and group participants as he actively engages them to gather information, solve problems, and learn new skills.
Previously, Jim was a Vice President, Client Services at Right Management Consultants in San Francisco, where he was responsible for the business development of major accounts. He also held a variety of senior level positions in the public and private sectors focusing on human resources, organizational consulting and training. Born and raised in New York, Jim was educated in Hawaii and Boston and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
