Deborah has been a human resources executive in the high-tech, healthcare, and retail industries, has held marketing and operations management positions in training companies, has worked as an internal OD consultant, and for the past decade has been the President of a successful human capital management company. Deborah brings a unique combination of experience from three disciplines – the Corporate Executive Suite, Management Consulting, and Academic environments to leadership clients and organizations across multiple industries and sectors. Deborah utilizes a practical business approach that maximizes current strengths while shoring up blind spots. She focuses on developing challenging results-oriented toward specific goals, building supportive alliances, and driving toward making critical skill and behavior changes. Deborah is the Director of the HR Leadership Program, Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University. She is also on faculty at SCU where she teaches “cutting edge” leadership programs for business leaders. She is the author of strategic human capital publications and is a frequent guest speaker on key leadership and human resources topics.
