Bryan Gillette

Bryan takes a very pragmatic approach given that he understands what is involved in leading teams. He has managed departments from 2 to 270 people as well as multi-million dollar projects.

Bryan has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources with executive and senior-level responsibilities in small and large companies. In his most recent role, he was on the Executive Committee as the Vice President overseeing Human Resources for a 1,000 person global technology company. He has also held senior management roles in Leadership & Organizational Development, College Recruiting, HR Business Partner, and Mergers & Acquisition functions.


Bryan has built Training & Development departments in a fast-paced, high-technology organization to managing all college recruiting in a multi-national financial services firm.  In these 20+ years, he has taught leadership courses in many countries, consulted to executives, and developed programs that drove the desired performance for the company to meet its objectives. With the consolidation of companies over the years, he has integrated over 30 acquisitions ranging from 8 to 1,000+ person companies. His experience ranges from coaching all levels (front-line managers to C-level executives) on a variety of issues ranging from change management, performance improvement, and communications.
