RETIREMENT PLANNING

When employers are proactive in offering retirement planning as a new employee benefit, everyone wins.  Studies show that more and more Baby Boomers will defer full retirement and, instead, transition to alternative work options such as part-time, flextime, projects, contracts, and consulting.  Employees who have an opportunity to take a step back and review all aspects of their career and life options often find alignment between their needs and the needs of their employer.  This enables them to create a structured approach to planning for the next phase of life which includes the next phase of their career.   It enables the employer to identify opportunities to retain these employees rather than having them transition out of the workplace.

Programs and Services

Our programs give participants an opportunity to consider all the lifestyle implications and clarify what is necessary for their well-being, satisfaction, and happiness as they plan for a new chapter in life.  Careful planning, having an opportunity to discuss ideas, concerns and expectations for the future, and preparing emotionally, psychologically, physically, and financially can help to ensure success.  Our fully-customized program can combine financial planning and analysis, assessments, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to guide participants through the retirement planning process.  Programs can be delivered individually, with couples, or in group sessions.
